Swim Suit:

Male Swimmers: Swim trunks, jammers, or briefs are authorized. Suits are required to cover the buttocks and fit snuggly enough to not slip below the waist line during a dive start.

Female Swimmers: Suits are required to be one piece, have two shoulder straps, not have ties, cover the buttocks and breasts, and fit snuggly enough to not come down in the front or ride up around the leg line during a dive start.

Swim Cap:

ALL swimmers are required to wear a swim cap during practices and meets. Each swimmer will be issued a team swim cap at registration, additional caps may be purchased for $2 and will be available for purchase at practices and meets. Swimmers may wear a cap of their choosing to practice but are required to wear the issued team cap to meets.

Team Shirt:

Each swimmer will be issued a team shirt. Swimmers are required to wear their team shirt to meets. Previous year shirts will be available for purchase and may be worn to practices but should not be worn to meets.

Goggles:

Goggles are required to be worn for both practices and meets. You are not required to purchase any specific type or brand just ensure your swimmer can wear them comfortably, understand how to adjust, and they are free from leaks. There are some suggested brands tagged in our team store. I suggest purchasing more than one pair and bungie straps to make them easier to wear and adjust.

Towel:

Swimmers should always bring a towel to practices and meets. I suggest brining more than one to swim meets as they often get saturated.
