Parents,
Heat sheets have been published for tomorrow's nights meet and I am attaching it to this email. Please note that this heat sheet is not final but will at least give you an idea of what your swimmer will be swimming. There will likely be changes prior to the start of the meet but the most up to date copy will always be available in the Swimtopia app. I will have the new team shirts to hand out before the meet for those that arrive on time or will have them available after the meet. Please arrive by 4:45 ready for warm ups at 5:00pm.

- Don’t forget to bring:

• A chair to sit on
• Sunscreen
• Permanent Marker to mark your swimmer
• A copy of the heat sheet
• At least 2 towels per swimmer
• A filled water bottle

We still need volunteers so if you are willing and able I would love to have your help tomorrow. Please just check in and I will point you in the right direction. Please remember that we are all volunteers and our goal is to make this a good experience for all. Stay positive, and be willing to lend us a hand to make this another awesome swim season.
