Parents,
Attached is a preliminary event sheet for tomorrow’s swim meet. Please be advised that there WILL BE CHANGES. I will send an updated heat sheet once the other team adds their events. The most up to date information can always be found by utilizing the SwimTopia app or website.
For tomorrow please arrive by 6:45am, warm ups will start promptly at 7am. We are aiming to be done by 10:30am.
Important info for tomorrow:
- Relays may be canceled due to time constraints and conditions at the host pool
- Parents are to set up around the deep end zone on the deck.
- Swimmers are to stay in the ready area under the purple canopy so they can hear their names called for events.
- You will need a code for entry; it is: 19239#
- They will have concessions, they accept cash and credit but their is a $5 minimum for CC purchases
- Don’t forget to bring:
- A chair to sit on
- Sunscreen
- Permanent Marker to mark your swimmer
- A copy of the heat sheet
- At least 2 towels per swimmer
- A filled water bottle
