Tridents,

Our first swim meet is this Friday. Please read through this email as it contains important information. 

Attached to this email you will find:

• A list of those participating, if you see a discrepancy please let me know.
• A visitor packet from Splash
• A parent information packet

For Friday please arrive by 3:45 dressed and ready to swim. Please ensure your swimmer has everything in the Parent Info packet (attached). 

If you have a pop-up canopy we can borrow please bring it as the swimmers will be outside. 

When you arrive they will have two large lots available. Please fill the lower lot first, then overflow into the upper lot. 

Splash has a strict no-parents-on-deck policy, except for those with an official role (timers, officials, coaches, etc.) so unless you are volunteering for this meet please abide by that rule.

They will have a Kona ice truck in the parking lot. If you would like your swimmer to be allowed to get a treat from there, please have that conversation. We would prefer that swimmers not have a sweat treat like this until after they have completed their events but that will be left up to you.

We are working to get the events finalized. Once we complete it on our end we have to wait for the other team to add their swimmers. We will share heat sheets when they are available.
