PLEASE READ ENTIRE EMAIL!!!!!!

Thank you to those that stepped up to help fill the gaps. I still need an official and someone to do the ribbons. The Official will be on deck but will just be keeping an eye on the pool since they hire USA Officials. The Ribbon person will sit in the AC of the on deck office and will put stickers on ribbons as races are completed. The Ribbon job is perfect for someone who needs to get some work done, can't stand the heat, or needs a place to sit during the meet. Please reach out if you are available. (254)458-6841

Heat sheets will NOT be available tomorrow I will only be given final copies for myself and the coaches and will only be printing enough for my herders so please print them at home. The most up to date information will be on the Swimtopia so I suggest following along that way since last minute changes are common.

Swimmers should arrive by 7:45 and meet the team on the outside of the gate for the outside pool. If you arrive after 8am please call (254) 458-6841 so I can have someone escort your swimmer to our team area. If you have a canopy we could borrow we would greatly appreciate it as I think we could use at lease one more.  All activities will be outside tomorrow so plan accordingly. Please make sure your swimmer has a filled water bottle, sunscreen, a permanent marker, has their full name & age written on their backs, snacks for the day, and a towel. All swimmers must arrive dressed in their suit for the meet, wearing their purple team shirt and cap. No high school team insignia is allowed, they will not be allowed to swim.

Only the adult volunteers will be allowed on deck all others will be directed to sit in the stands. Herders please meet with your swimmer at 7:45 you will be on deck from the start. Timers will be called to a timer meeting before the start of the meet so please keep an ear out. All timers will attend the meeting but only the first half timers will remain on deck for the start. I have pared each of you with anther timer please work with them to ensure you switch out with them as needed. 

Please stick around after your swimmer is finished, we will be taking our team picture at the meets completion.
