In preparation for the Divisional Meet this Thursday we have reserved lanes 1-4 in the South Pool at the NISD Natatorium (inside pool) to practice our dive starts. This will give swimmers a chance to get up on the dive blocks and practice their starts. Our team will be there from 3-4PM please come out anytime during that hour to get your swimmer ready for Thursday.
