Parents,

Attached is a copy of the Heat Sheet for tonight. Please bring a copy with you extra copies will be available for purchase only at a cost of $2. Please arrive by 5:30PM. We will check in swimmers and have instructions on how to mark your swimmers arm if you do not already know. We anticipate changes, confusion, and mistakes; please be patient as we have new swimmers and parents that are working to get the hang of this. Tonight will be a learning experience for swimmers and volunteers alike. 

For those of you  signed up to volunteer I will go over your role while the swimmers are getting warmed up. Please meet me under the cabana at 5:30. If you would like to help out tonight please join us as we will need extra support to make this evening a great experience.

Please bring folding chairs for you and your family as only swimmers and volunteers will be allowed on the pool deck. Spectators will be allowed in the cabana and around the outside of the pool and we ask that you only enter the gated area when it is your swimmers turn to swim. All swimmers will remain in the pit area for the duration of the meet, this enables our herders to get your swimmer to their event on time.

As a reminder we are all volunteers and want this to be a good experience for our swimmers so your support is greatly appreciated.
