Mandatory parent meeting with two opportunities to attend; tonight and tomorrow night.

We will cover information for our first swim meet to include how to declare your swimmer. This is VERY important because if you do not declare your swimmer by Thursday evening they will NOT swim in the meet!!!!!!!

I will have the volunteer roster and will go over all the volunteer roles and answer any questions. I still need a few more parents to help out during the meet if you are available I would greatly appreciate your assistance. Remember this team is run by volunteers and it takes all of us to make it happen.

I will also begin collecting the concession fee at these meetings. The cost is $5 per swimmer. Concessions are our only opportunity to fund raise for our team. Earnings from these go towards equipment, upkeep, end of season party, and helps us keep our membership fees as low as possible. We will collect $5 per swimmer twice this season you may pay all at once or break it up. 

You may attend either day no matter when your swimmer practices. The first meeting is tonight from 6-6:30pm and the next is tomorrow (Wednesday from 6-6:30pm. 

Please ensure that you attend one.
